Stephanie Matto is a well-known North American influencer who has appeared on reality shows. Currently, she maintains a strong presence on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, where she amasses hundreds of thousands of followers.

In recent days, the 31-year-old youtuber caused controversy on social networks after announcing that she had dedicated herself to selling her flatulence on the Internet. As if that were not enough, the native of Connecticut assured that she earned more than 45 thousand dollars, almost a million pesos, in just one week.

The news was made known in a video that she shared on both TikTok and Instagram. In addition, in said publication, Matto resolved some doubts of her followers. The most requested, without a doubt, was why someone would buy her flatulence.

On how she came up with the exotic product, the influencer assured that over the years she had received proposals from followers who wanted to buy her used clothes, including her underwear. Taking that into account, she believed that selling flatulence would be an interesting advertising strategy.

The jars are sold on the Internet at a price of 100 dollars each, approximately 2 thousand pesos. And, according to her account, the business has turned out to be more than profitable, even if she has faced unexpected problems, such as what is the best method to package her “product”.

In a video later posted on YouTube, Stephanie Matto claimed that she has already sold $100,000 worth of these jars. This is equivalent to just over 2 million Mexican pesos.
