The treatments that are carried out for this are topical antifungals, that is, with vaginal creams or ovules, and they can also be taken orally.
Finally, the doctor recommended that those who believe they have candidiasis, do not opt for self-medication and consult a specialist, because there are many drugs that are not indicated for these cases. In addition, she asserted that when taking antibiotics without medical supervision, the patient can cause long-term resistance if the complete and timely treatment is not carried out.
