The Board will encourage with 8,000 euros each indefinite contract for unemployed after their work practices |Haonomia.es - Huelva Economic and Business Information

The Ministry of Employment, Training and Autonomous Work, through the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE), starts a new incentive aimed at favoring the indefinite hiring of the unemployed participants in the program of non -work professional practices in companies, oncethat they finish.This is an incentive endowed with 8.000 euros for the entities participating in the Professional Experiences for Employment (EPES) program to hire the people who have carried out non -work practices in the workplace in which they have carried out them.

The Territorial Delegate of Employment, Training, Autonomous Work, Economic Transformation, Industry, Knowledge and Universities, Antonio Augustín, has reported that this new hiring aid, whose call was published this Wednesday, has an initial public budget of 4 million of 4 millionof euros and plans to encourage the contracting indefinitely of the unemployed participants who have successfully finished their period of professional practices.Up to 686 professional practices have been counted in the last two -year call and that have been promoted by six program participating entities.In the present call of 2021 up to 455 new practices aimed at the unemployed Huelva have been planned.

The Professional Experiences Program for Employment that is managed by SAEScholarships of 80% of the public indicator of rent of multiple effects (about 430 euros per month).

8.000 eurosel incentive is endowed with an aid of 8.000 euros for the employer for each new indefinite contract that formalizes, full -time, with a person who has done the practices in their work center.The amount will increase by 10% when the hired person is a woman.

The program is carried out in collaboration with municipalities, non -profit entities or universities and is aimed at young people under 30 years old;unemployed women;long -term unemployed;over 45 years and immigrants with difficulties in accessing employment.

These groups must meet as requirements to have a university degree, regulated professional training or employment training;Lack of professional experience related to the object of the practice exceeding three months, and that they have obtained their professional degree or certificate no more than two years ago.EPES is also open to specific groups such as people with disabilities;ethnic and demanding minorities at risk of exclusion, without needing in these cases of being linked to training.

With these incentives, it is also intended to motivate companies to offer non -work practices in their companies, making available to employers an incentive to hire workers who have trained in their work environments themselves.

Since the implementation of the Professional Experiences Program for Employment they have carried out non -work practices in Andalusia more than 50.000 unemployed people, 67% women.
