COLD | Tips for adapting to low temperatures

If we want to withstand the cold temperatures that damage the tip of our nose, we must dress well and expose ourselves, in a very moderate way, to the cold. For example, taking a shower with cooler water than normal can be unpleasant, but when it comes to physiologically adapting to the cold, it is beneficial.

Be that as it may, there are many tips that can help us, but of course I opt for those that are accompanied by energy savings. Keeping the heat at home without spending much has become the main goal of many of us. To do this, lowering the blinds and keeping the windows tightly closed and insulated is the first step to control residual heat inside the house.

Closing the doors inside the house can also help us to prevent heat from escaping. Turning on the heating thirty minutes before you get up and turning it off will keep the house warm, as long as you want to save energy.

As for our clothing, some mistakes that we usually make should be eliminated. Dressing in many thin layers does not suit us if the clothing is not entirely appropriate. We better invest in better quality thermal clothing. Of course, the most important thing is to keep your neck well covered, since the body's defenses weaken and it is easier to catch infections.

The same goes for shoes, as having cold or wet feet is a horrible feeling. It is best to choose suitable shoes and socks for winter or rainy days. In this way we will be able to spread the feeling of well-being throughout the body. And now yes, we are ready to enjoy winter, which for me is the most beautiful season of the year.
