It is called underwear or intimate clothing because it is the most non-transferable part of our attire, but it is less and less so. A study carried out by Style Compare, an underwear firm, reveals that more and more women are wearing men's underwear, collects the Daily Mail.
The company conducted a study of 2,000 people of both sexes and 42% of women admitted to having worn men's underwear in the last year. In contrast, only 17% of men did the same with women's underwear. Formulated to couples, the study reveals that 14% of them share underwear.
The main reason women give for wearing briefs is as simple as they are more comfortable.
